Cailey Spahr

Hi, I'm Cailey! I grew up in Upstate New York, where I fell in love with lacrosse early on and went on to play four years of Division I at the University at Albany — earning First Team All-Conference honors my senior year.

Now I'm lucky enough to coach right here in Austin — varsity at Vandegrift and on the club side with Grit. Off the field, I work as a Senior Digital Forensic Specialist at Oracle.

Lacrosse has given me some of my best friends and favorite memories, and my goal as a coach is to create a space that's positive, fun, and supportive — somewhere every player can grow her game, build her confidence, and develop both on and off the field.
